Pan Pacific Melbourne Hotel is seeking friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendants to support the daily operations of Dock 37 Restaurant and the Pacific Club Lounge. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

• Greet and seat guests 

• Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials

• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables

• Provide guests with a memorable dining experience and build positive relationships with regular guests

Ideally you will have

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
