About the Role
Al-Ameen College is seeking is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration / People and Culture Manager to join our College Operations Team.
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for coordinating a broad range of administrative, people, transport, digital communication and daily operational functions across the College's Langford and Malaga campuses.
Working closely with the College Principal and alongside the Finance, IT, and Facilities & Maintenance Managers, you will play an important role in ensuring the College operates efficiently, professionally and in alignment with its strategic priorities.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the College's student transport operations, including bus schedules, drivers, fleet servicing, repairs and compliance requirements.
Coordinating student transport for excursions, co-curricular activities and other College events.
Overseeing College security, access systems, gates and staff access arrangements.
Providing leadership and operational oversight to School Officers across areas including Reception, Attendance, Enrolments, Website and Social Media, and Daily Organisation.
Supporting the review and maintenance of job descriptions, role responsibilities and employment contracts.
Facilitating staff contracts in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
Leading staff onboarding and induction, including site familiarisation, access systems, keys/FOBs, SEQTA and relevant devices.
Overseeing the College's website, social media, audio-visual and digital communication functions, ensuring content remains current, professional and aligned with the College's strategic direction.
Leading the Daily Organisation Program, including teacher absences, class coverage, staffing adjustments and relief teacher deployment.
Working collaboratively with the Finance Manager on the College Grant Management Program.
Providing the College Principal with timely operational advice, information and recommendations.
Working collaboratively with the wider College Operations Team to support strategic priorities.
Playing a key role in the planning, resourcing and delivery of College events, including events held outside normal school hours.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
An experienced administrator, operations manager, people and culture professional or similar.
Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
An effective people leader who can provide clear direction, accountability and support to staff.
Confident working across a broad range of operational functions.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Highly capable of identifying operational issues and developing practical solutions.
Comfortable working collaboratively with senior leadership and other operational managers.
Detail-oriented, professional and committed to maintaining high standards.
Able to work effectively in a busy school environment where priorities can change quickly.
Experienced in managing systems, processes and staff responsibilities with a strong focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
