Role: Senior Business Analyst - Banking domain
Key Responsibilities *
• Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
• Delivering Data flows, system and process controls assessment current state and assess the effectives of the controls by working with different SME/business process owners as directed by the project/program manager
• Create and deliver reports, design documentation, results analysis, and proposals for approval.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value
• Function as a Single Point of Contact for business & IT teams to ensure that proper requirements are elicited.
• Reporting on a regular basis to key stakeholders and partners' operational concerns that may arise
