Join a supportive Revenue team that helps ensure fair and consistent patient billing across SWSLHD - Fairfield Hospital.
Play a key role in patient eligibility assessments, revenue management and customer service. Work collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams to support positive patient and organisational outcomes. Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is committed to delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring patients receive clear, accessible information about their care and associated costs.

This role is ideally suited to a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in providing accurate cashiering services and high-quality administrative support.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Enjoys working collaboratively with clinical, administrative and finance teams. Experience in patient administration, billing, revenue management or healthcare finance will be highly regarded.
