Customer Care Officer

We are currently seeking a Casual Customer Care Officer to join our team to work up to 38 hours per fortnight, with flexibility in days and hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first point of contact for all callers, visitors and clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Life Care’s values.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients, families and employees.
• Respond to enquiries promptly, professionally, and empathetically, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
• Assist with a range of administrative duties, including data entry, record maintenance and document management.
• Coordinate and organise office resources and supplies to support efficient day-to-day operations.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• National Police Check (Aged Care) – issued within the last 6 months.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong previous customer service experience.
