We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the delivery of major transport infrastructure projects across Western Sydney. Working as part of the site-based project team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help maintain effective project systems, records and processes. This is a permanent, full-time, site-based position working standard project delivery hours. It will ideally suit an administrator with previous civil construction, infrastructure or broader construction industry experience.

• provide administrative support to the project delivery team
• manage site documentation, registers, records and filing systems
• process purchase orders, invoices and procurement documentation
• coordinate site inductions, onboarding and training records
• maintain workforce information, timesheets and attendance records
• support project reporting, meetings and team communications
• liaise with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• ensure administrative processes comply with company requirements.
•  

• previous administration experience, ideally in civil construction, infrastructure or construction
• experience with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and document control
• strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• effective written and verbal communication skills
• confidence using Microsoft Office and project administration systems
• the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• a collaborative approach and commitment to supporting the wider site team
• availability to work full-time, on site, during standard project delivery hours across Western Sydney.
• Have or ability to obtain a construction white card
