ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with Project Administrator candidates who are open to a 2/1 or 5/2 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.

About the Opportunity

ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest from a Project Administrator to join an upcoming infrastructure project in regional WA. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide administrative support across the site team, managing documentation, correspondence and reporting to keep the project running smoothly.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage project documentation and records
• Coordinate correspondence and site communications
• Support meeting scheduling and minute-taking
• Assist with reporting and data entry
• Support inductions and site access processes
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and site logistics
• Maintain filing systems and document control

• Experience in an administration or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Based locally in Kalgoorlie or surrounds
