QMW Industries builds mine-spec service vehicles, fuel and lube modules, water trucks and ROPS/FOPS structures for tier 1 mining clients — heavy fabrication that actually tests your trade, built in Acacia Ridge, not a fly-camp.

 The money, up front (casual, incl. attendance bonus, before super):

• $53/hr flat, paid weekly, plus all overtime paid at double time

• $100/wk attendance bonus — show up all week, it's yours

• A standard 38-hour week: $2,114

• A 46-hour week: $2,962

• A 48-hour week: $3,174

• Saturdays available and paid at double time — pick up extra hours when the workload's there

• The overtime is consistently there — our order book is full of tier 1 mining work, not one-off jobs

 Prefer permanent? Genuine casual-to-perm pathway. Our permanent tradesman rates run to $50.10/hr on a transparent skills-points system — that's $3,000+ weeks on the same overtime, plus 4 weeks leave, sick pay and every public holiday paid. Your call.
