Internal Sales Consultant

• Support customers to optimise sales results
  
• Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sales, inventory and promotional activities
  
• Liaise with customers to ensure orders are processed
  
• Provide customers with updates on promotions 
  
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  
• Assist Sales Representatives with customer orders 
  

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and internal account management skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a definite advantage
