Join Our Growing Culinary Team in the Adelaide Hills!
Longview Vineyard is seeking passionate and reliable Chefs to join our kitchen team at our award-winning wedding venue and cellar door.
We operate a cellar door restaurant from 11am – 4pm, 7 days a week, and host weddings and private events year-round, so weekends and evenings are a must. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive team in a picturesque vineyard setting.
What you'll be doingYou’ll work across both the cellar door and events, supporting our wider kitchen team to deliver high-quality, seasonal food with a strong focus on local produce.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of Italian inspired dishes to a high standardAssist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, service, and cleaningMaintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environmentWork efficiently in a fast-paced setting, both independently and as part of a teamAssist with functions, weddings, and special events (including evenings as required)
What we're looking forProven experience in a similar role (restaurant or events)Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitudeAvailable for weekend, weekday, and evening shifts as requiredReliable, punctual, and flexible with availabilityA passion for food and hospitality, and an eye for detailCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential)Food Safety Certification and knowledge of kitchen hygiene best practices
