With a strong pipeline of commercial projects and an initial assignment based in Casino with the candidate to facilitate future projects between Lismore, Ballina, Grafton & Casino. About The Role

Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes,Be responsible for co-ordinating trades onsiteWork with a site manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standardsCo-ordinate the relationships between various trades and ensure that sub-contractors carry work out safely and efficientlyMaintain Alder's strong reputation at all times. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standardsParticipate in regular WHS inspections and injury/incident investigations and maintain a healthy and safe work environmentEnsure environmental controls are suitable and implemented, monitored and reviewed. Review, understand and have input to all subcontractor and supplier scope of works. Organise completion of defect works in a timely manner. Participate in lesson learnt sessions to continuously improve the performance of the overall company team

About You - Skills And Experience

3+ years' experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role delivering commercial construction projects (Class 2-9 buildings) Relevant trade qualification (Carpentry, Building, etc.) desirableExcellent communication skills - both oral and writtenWillingness to lead and motivate team membersA person who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and quality drivenBe able to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment and understanding of the importance of time and financial goalsGood computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore)
