Commercial Development Lead - Hobart, Tasmania
Ready to shape the future of Tasmania's ports and infrastructure?
TasPorts is seeking a Commercial Development Lead to identify and deliver strategic growth opportunities across our port and infrastructure portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager Planning and Development, you will lead complex commercial negotiations, develop business cases, and deliver high-value projects that support the long-term growth of Tasmania's key port assets.
We are seeking a commercially astute professional with experience in commercial development, infrastructure, property, ports, maritime, or related industries. You will bring strong financial and analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and deliver complex commercial outcomes.
