Guest Service Agent (GSA)

Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel is now open, and we are looking for an exceptional Guest Service Agent to help shape how guests connect with this exciting destination.

This hotel will transform how visitors experience Mooloolaba. Positioned just 100 metres from its pristine beach, the hotel sits where surf breaks meet the buzzing esplanade. The design will seamlessly blend contemporary with coastal, the perfect backdrop for a beach escape with a side of adventure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Process reservations, payments, and room allocations.

Maintain accurate guest records and reports.

Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Positive attitude and professional presentation.
