Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role
Working closely with management and the operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Kulparri Tyres & Mechanical through a combination of sales, business development and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsPromoting Kulparri's tyre, mechanical, fleet and mobile service capabilitiesFollowing up enquiries, leads, quotations and potential contractsAssisting with client proposals, capability statements, tenders and presentationsDeveloping and implementing sales and marketing initiativesCreating content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters and the company websiteCoordinating photography, videos, client updates and promotional materialMaintaining client databases and tracking sales opportunitiesMonitoring industry activity, market trends and competitor servicesAbout you
Previous sales, business development or marketing experienceExperience within the mechanical, automotive, tyre, transport, mining or heavy industry sectorsA sound understanding of mechanical services, workshop operations or fleet maintenanceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence speaking with clients, suppliers and key industry stakeholdersThe ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into ongoing workStrong writing skills for proposals, marketing material and social media contentGood organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systemsAbout us
