Working as a Trainer, you will support our Customer Service Representatives (CXs) by providing initial training, ongoing support, and technical assistance. You will help new and existing team members build the skills and confidence required to perform their roles effectively. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, you will use your knowledge and experience to help maintain a collaborative, compliant, and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing;

Training Master: Deliver comprehensive training for new CXs, ensuring they understand and can accurately perform data entry, system updates, and back-office support tasks. Technical Supporter: Assist CXs with system navigation, troubleshooting, and best practices for maintaining data security and accuracy. Collaboration Partner: Work closely with Team Leaders to align training with operational goals and support team huddles and meetings as needed. Accuracy Champion: Encourage attention to detail and support CXs in achieving high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all data entry and back-office tasks.

What You’ll Bring;

Experience working in a customer service, contact centre, or customer support environment.Strong communication, engagement, and problem-solving skills.Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in a training role is highly regarded.
