About the Role

Salford College is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to support the growth of our Perth Campus.

The role focuses on student recruitment, education agent management, lead generation and business development across Western Australia. You will build relationships with education agents and recruitment partners, generate and convert student enquiries, and help grow Salford College’s presence in the Perth market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit domestic and international students and manage enquiries through to enrolment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents across WA.
• Identify and develop new agent and recruitment partnerships.
• Conduct agent visits, presentations, meetings and follow-ups.
• Provide students and agents with information about courses, fees, intakes and enrolment processes.
• Follow up leads and maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
• Achieve agreed student recruitment and enrolment targets.
• Support marketing campaigns, lead-generation activities and promotional events.
• Represent Salford College at education expos, networking events and community activities.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities and emerging student markets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular recruitment reports.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in student recruitment, education, international education, VET, sales or business development.
• Experience working with education agents is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, sales and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Strong follow-up, organisation and time-management skills.
• Confident presenting to students, agents and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of the Australian international education/VET sector is desirable.
• Existing relationships with Perth/WA education agents will be highly regarded.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for agent visits and events.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
