Loulou is a vibrant French dining destination bringing the warmth, energy and charm of Parisian bistros to Sydney. With locations in Milsons Point and the CBD, Loulou offers a refined yet approachable French experience built around quality produce, classic techniques and a modern sensibility.
 
Our bistros are complemented by our boulangerie and traiteur, creating an all-day French experience for our guests, from morning coffee and pastries through to relaxed lunches and elegant evening dining.
 
The Opportunity
 
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will manage a section of the kitchen, preparing dishes to exact specifications while maintaining impeccable hygiene, safety and quality standards.
 
This is a Full-Time opportunity for a qualified Chef with a genuine love of French cooking, premium produce and high-quality hospitality. You will work alongside a talented kitchen team, cross-training across different sections and contributing to the continued development of Loulou's menu, culture and standards.
 
The Skills You Bring
 
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a la carte, fine dining or Hatted venues
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, detail-oriented kitchen
- Strong attention to quality, consistency and presentation
- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
