We are seeking skilled Multiple Operators to join our team in Wool Bay, South Australia. This permanent, full-time role is essential for supporting our building and construction projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a variety of construction machinery and equipment, including excavators, loaders, and cranes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks effectively.
• Assist in the training of new operators and provide guidance on best practices.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.
• White Card
• Valid Australian driver's licence and relevant machinery operation tickets.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks as required.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
