Production Operator

Overview of Role: 

We are looking for a dedicated and quality-driven Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in the promotional product industry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining decoration equipment used to personalize products such as pens, drinkware, bags, flashlights, and other promotional items. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality product output through various decoration methods including pad printing, laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation, and screen printing.

What you will do:

• Operate light industrial machinery for product decoration in accordance with daily production targets
• Ensure the accurate fulfilment and quality of decorated products according to specifications
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with internal quality standards
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all times
• Perform basic machine adjustments during product changeovers to maintain production flow
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report machine performance issues to the line manager
• Accurately complete production documentation, including scrap and performance logs
• Monitor material usage and ensure the correct raw materials are used by verifying work order codes
• Manage raw materials, work orders, and machine setup in a structured and efficient manner
• Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding set throughput, efficiency, and quality standards
• Follow written and verbal work instructions with attention to detail
• Support end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, machine operation, packing, and preparation for shipment
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Report any safety hazards, defective materials, or process deviations to the supervisor immediately
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support production operations

What we need from you:

• Educated to High School Diploma.
• Positive work ethic with “can do” attitude.
• Working knowledge of PCs desirable.
• Proven track record in relation to timekeeping and attendance. 
• Ability to work cross functionally and willingness to learn new processes as and when required.
