Based at our Menangle Park Display Home, you will manage the full sales process — from initial enquiry through to signed contract — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be supported with our practical designs, a premium product range, and an experienced team.

• Engage with walk-in clients and online enquiries

• Guide customers through the home building journey

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable home designs

• Manage and convert leads into signed contracts

• Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Ensure display homes are presented to a high standard

• Proven experience in new home sales (essential)

• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Confident in managing the full sales process and closing deals

• Highly organised with strong follow-up skills

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Driven, competitive, and motivated to earn

You must be available to work weekends, as this is a key part of the role.

• Base salary + super + uncapped commission structure

• OTE $150K+ with $250K+ achievable for high performers
