Part of the broader Chief Operations Office, we bring together strategy, operations, and transformation to deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues. You'll join a collaborative environment where you'll work on complex challenges, drive meaningful change and help shape scalable solutions that create impact across the organisation.
We're looking for an experienced product leader who thrives in complex, technology-enabled environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into scalable outcomes.
You will bring:
Significant experience leading product delivery within complex technology or digital environments
Proven success taking products or capabilities from discovery through delivery, adoption and optimisation
Strong product judgement with experience defining outcomes, prioritising work and making evidence-based decisions
Experience working with AI, automation, data or emerging technologies
Ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects and data scientists while navigating complex technical environments
Experience building platform, shared-service or reusable capabilities that support multiple teams or customer groups
Strong understanding of governance, controls and risk management, ideally within a regulated industry
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
At CommBank, you'll be part of a team that's building tomorrow's bank today. You'll work alongside talented people, contribute to meaningful transformation, and help shape how AI and technology create better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
