The Opportunity
As a Structural Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects across sectors including:

• Healthcare
• Data Centres
• Commercial Buildings
• Education Facilities
• Retail Developments
• High-Density Residential Projects

You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction and completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structural design solutions across a variety of building projects.
• Provide technical input throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies.
• Prepare design documentation, reports, and technical deliverables.
• Undertake site inspections and provide construction phase support.
• Lead assigned projects, facilitating site meetings and design workshops.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and client expectations.

About You

• Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering building projects across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, or related sectors.
• Strong technical design and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
