This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant who loves working in a collaborative, fast paced and diverse role. You will be part of our growing national practice and contribute to our continued success. 

HM Advisory is an established and dynamic insolvency practice is based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. The role being offered is located in the Melbourne office.

This role is integral to assisting the Managing Partner and provide support to the wider national team as required to perform at their very best.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Partner diary, organising meetings and appointments  

• Monitoring high volume of emails and other correspondence to ensure that action is taken, and deadlines are met

• Domestic travel bookings including flights and accommodation 

• Timesheet management  

• Completing conflict checks 

• Preparation of confidential documents, emails and reports 

• Assistance and involvement with various projects and tasks within the firm as required

• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, partners and staff 

• General administrative assistance and reception coverage where required

About you 

• 3 + years' experience as an Executive Assistant ideally in a professional services environment 

• Proactive and able to use good judgement and initiative to assist with business outcomes, and work with minimal supervision

• Highly proficient computer skills across the Microsoft suite 

• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills

• Act with complete confidentiality and integrity at all times

• Have a strong sense of teamwork and exceptional communication skills 

• High level attention to detail.
