Karralika Programs has been delivering high-quality alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment services for more than 45 years. Guided by our vision of "People Living Better Lives", we provide evidence-based, client-centred support that helps individuals, families and communities achieve lasting recovery.

We are seeking passionate and experienced Child and Family Practitioners to work within our Community and Residential Services. This role can be filled with 2 part-time candidates or 1 full-time candidate.

The Child and Family Practitioners works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team within Karralika and a range of health providers, child protection agencies (where relevant), childcare/school and child and family services. The role may work within one program or across both residential and community services.

About the Role

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide:

• Therapeutic assessment
• Early intervention
• Family support
• Care coordination
• Transitional support for families.

The role promotes safety, wellbeing, stability and connection to community supports.
