Administration Maintenance

Join our dynamic and growing pharmacy network as a valuable member of our Operations Team!

We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to our daily operations in our POS Data team at our location on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

If you have a background in pharmacy, excellent data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Enter data into our database system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
• Maintain and update database records regularly.
• Collaborate with team members and pharmacy network to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Utilise Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Further assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Operations Team and our pharmacy network.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in data entry and maintaining database records preferred.
• Preferred background or experience in the retail pharmacy industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and our network of pharmacies.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
