Fitness Program Lead - Move With Us

About the Role 

Reporting into the Brand Manager, the Fitness Program Lead owns the Move With Us in-app Program experience. This role is responsible for the quality, variety and relevance of our program and challenge portfolio, ensuring every product we put in front of our members is best-in-class: educationally sound, results-driven and reflective of our community's evolving needs.  

You will hold decision rights over program structure, in-app content quality, sequencing and the member journey. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely across Product, CX, Brand and Operations to deliver a world-class fitness product that keeps women moving, motivated and getting real results.  

You will: 

• Own the customer journey mapping of products and programs, ensuring fitness goals are clearly linked across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the Unique Selling Points for each program and challenge, making the "why" clear for every member.
• Own the production of all in-app guided demos, working directly with our videographer to bring programs to life for members.
• Develop concept decks for new programs and challenges, covering vision, structure, target audience and USP for founder sign-off and coach buy-in.
• Work directly with coaches to build out approved programs, including exercise selection, workout structure, progressions and all gym, home and swap variations.
• Act as the fitness subject matter expert for the CX team, providing clear, accurate responses to escalated queries and building the team's knowledge to reduce repeat escalations.

About You 

You are a qualified fitness professional who knows how to turn programming into results, and results into retention. You understand that a great workout is only half the job, the other half is making sure members complete it, come back for the next one, and stay part of the community for the long run. You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet reviewing completion data as you are on set briefing a coach for a shoot. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of the full program lifecycle without needing to be chased, and you hold yourself to a high standard across everything that goes live under the MWU name.  

You Bring: 

• Cert III & IV in Personal Training or higher, with equivalent experience in fitness programming.
• 3+ years' experience in fitness programming.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, show empathy for and go the extra mile for client queries.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (such as AWS) preferred.
• Comfort using member feedback and performance insights to inform programming decisions.
• Experience in Women's Health, Pregnancy or Post-Partum Programming is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and women's wellbeing.
