About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer – Concrete Dispatch, you’ll be at the centre of the action, managing inbound customer enquiries and coordinating concrete orders and deliveries.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll play an important role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and deliveries run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Accurately process and manage concrete orders

• Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements

• Liaise with internal teams, including Sales Representatives, Credit and Operations

• Enter and maintain accurate information across multiple software systems

• Monitor orders and respond quickly to changes or unexpected issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer and delivery issues in real time

• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a high-volume environment.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or call centre environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Confidence using multiple computer systems and software platforms

• A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transport, parts, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced industry is mandatory

• Full working rights in Australia

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: Rotating shifts between 6:00am–5:30pm

• Saturday: Mandatory shift from 6:00am–1:00pm
