Invoicing & Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Banksmeadow, NSW | Full-Time

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Invoicing & Logistics Coordinator to join QCC Hospitality Supplies (QCC).

Established in 1957 and proudly Australian-owned, QCC is a leading wholesale distributor to the hotel, restaurant and catering industries.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will play an important role in supporting our daily warehouse and logistics operations, with responsibility for customer invoicing, delivery documentation, driver manifests and inventory control.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced distribution environment.

• Manage the accurate and timely daily invoicing of customer orders.

• Prepare and finalise daily delivery manifests for our driver fleet.

• Ensure goods are dispatched promptly with the correct documentation and transactions accurately recorded.

• Coordinate and maintain the weekly inventory cycle count program.

• Ensure cycle counts are completed accurately and in accordance with company inventory procedures.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and identify and report on the causes of inventory variances and negative stock.

• Work closely with warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist with other operational and administrative duties as required.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar invoicing, logistics, warehouse administration role.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organisation.

• Reliable, flexible and willing to contribute as part of a team-oriented environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Pronto ERP is desirable but not essential.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution or wholesale environment will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time, 38-hour per week, Monday to Friday position.

Standard commencement times are:

• Monday – 7:00am

• Tuesday to Friday – 6:00am

Some flexibility may occasionally be required to meet operational requirements.
