Digital Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to join our Online team two days per week, bringing strong performance marketing expertise, commercial thinking and an instinct for where the next growth opportunity lies.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be hands-on across paid channel performance, reporting and agency management, turning data into clear actions that drive stronger commercial outcomes. This role will suit someone experienced and autonomous who can step into an established team, quickly identify opportunities and add value from day one.

What You'll Do

• Oversee performance and strategy execution across paid digital channels including Google, Meta, TikTok and affiliates
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts and ROI targets, identifying opportunities to optimise spend and channel performance
• Analyse campaign, promotional and peak trading performance to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
• Turn channel data into clear commercial insights and recommendations for the Digital Marketing Manager and broader Online team
• Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reporting across traffic, conversion, revenue, acquisition and efficiency
• Maintain and troubleshoot reporting templates and dashboards, with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Support executive and Board reporting with clear performance commentary and insights
• Manage agency WIPs, deliverables, timelines and optimisation actions, ensuring agreed priorities keep moving
• Act as a key point of coordination between external agencies and Ksubi’s Online team
• Work collaboratively across the wider Online team, stepping in to support key trading periods and business priorities as required

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within retail, fashion or eCommerce
• Strong hands-on experience across paid digital channels including Google, Meta, TikTok and affiliates
• Strong commercial understanding of acquisition, traffic, conversion, revenue and ROI
• Advanced reporting and analytics capability, including GA4 and Looker
• Experience managing digital agencies and external partners
• Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, with Shopify experience highly regarded
• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
• Confidence working autonomously, identifying issues and taking ownership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to step in and add value quickly
