Therapy Alliance Group is seeking Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to join its Toowoomba team.

Both opportunities involve delivering high-quality clinical care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment and helping clients achieve their individual potential.

You'll also enjoy a mixed caseload across children and adults, providing valuable clinical variety. Once you've established your core clinical skills, TAG will work with you to tailor your caseload towards areas of special interest, helping you build a career around the work that genuinely engages you.

While both roles share the same supportive environment and commitment to client outcomes, each has its own clinical focus:

Occupational Therapist

You'll support children and adults to build their independence, participation and quality of life through evidence-based occupational therapy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating activities of daily living
• Assessing and treating motor, sensory and emotional regulation difficulties
• Supporting clients experiencing challenges relating to memory, play and social skills
• Developing and delivering individualised therapeutic interventions
• Maintaining timely clinical records, case notes and written reports
• Managing appointment and billing records
• Contributing to clinical resources and quality improvement initiatives
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, referrers and the wider community
• Supporting allied health students and Allied Health Assistants where appropriate
• Actively managing your ongoing professional and clinical development

As your experience develops, there may also be opportunities to provide clinical supervision, contribute specialist knowledge, support service development and lead quality improvement or research initiatives.

Speech Pathologist

You'll work with a diverse caseload of children and adults, providing Speech Pathology services that support each client to achieve their individual goals and potential.

Your role will centre on delivering high-quality assessment and intervention within your professional scope, maintaining clinical documentation and working collaboratively with clients, families and the broader multidisciplinary team.

You'll be encouraged to develop broad clinical capability early in your career, with opportunities to increasingly tailor your caseload towards your areas of clinical interest as your experience grows.

What You'll Bring

We welcome applications from new graduates through to experienced clinicians. What matters is that you are genuinely engaged in your work, care about your clients and bring the consistency and reliability required to deliver quality clinical outcomes.

Your mandatory qualifications will depend on your chosen clinical stream:

Occupational Therapy

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with AHPRA to practise as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

Speech Pathology

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status with Speech Pathology Australia
• Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
