The Role at a Glance

As an Associate Senior Consultant, you’ll step into a delivery‑lead role, owning workstreams and smaller projects, guiding others, and deepening your commercial and leadership capability.

This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond task delivery and into leading outcomes, influencing clients, and developing others, while remaining hands‑on with meaningful work.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Lead defined workstreams or smaller projects across infrastructure programs
• Deliver high‑quality communications, engagement, and strategy outputs
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead workshops, briefings, and presentations with confidence
• Guide and support Consultants and Coordinators
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, scope, or outcomes
• Contribute to proposals, variations, and new work

You’ll be trusted to manage your work independently, with support from Senior Consultants and Associate Directors as you continue to grow.
