About the Role

As a Business Trainee, you'll provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, helping to coordinate training programs and maintain accurate employee training records across the organisation.

This is a varied role where you'll learn all aspects of business administration while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You'll Learn

Throughout your traineeship you'll gain experience in:

• Assisting with onboarding and induction administration
• Coordinating training bookings, venues and resources
• Preparing emails, training invitations and learner communications
• Maintaining employee training records and databases
• Updating Learning Management System (LMS) records
• Uploading learning materials and compliance training
• Monitoring mandatory training and licence expiry dates
• Maintaining training registers and documentation
• Supporting internal audits and compliance activities
• Preparing meeting agendas, presentations and meeting minutes
• Providing general administrative support to the Learning & Development team
