Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team. If you’re currently working as an Estimator, Measurement Engineer or Cost Engineer rather than a “Quantity Surveyor” by title — if you can measure it, price it and explain how it gets built — we want to hear from you too.

About the role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be the person who turns drawings into numbers everyone else can trust. Day to day, you’ll:

• Generate accurate quantities, BOQs and component/material lists from tender and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings.
• Work out how things will actually be built — methods, materials, plant — before the crews get there.
• Spot the differences between what was tendered and what’s now being built and quantify the variation.
• Prepare the schedules, templates and documentation that make claims, variations and tenders airtight.
• Partner closely with Procurement — feeding them the numbers they need to buy right and feeding off their real-world cost feedback to sharpen your next take-off.
