Project Manager

Do you have the right mix of project management and property development experience to work with MostynCopper on a significant project within the Sydney metropolitan area?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Sydney team, with an immediate focus on major residential and mixed-use developments progressing through the State Significant Development Application (SSDA) pathway.
Critical to your suitability for this role is an intimate and demonstrable understanding of the NSW SSDA process and the requirements to successfully coordinate a project through the early design, SEARs response, consultant coordination, submission and approval stages.
You will bring at least five years' experience working within project management, development management or a closely aligned property development role, including demonstrated experience across residential and/or mixed-use developments.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams through the early design and planning approval stages, and who understand how planning, design, cost, programme, procurement and commercial considerations need to come together to achieve a successful development outcome.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with MostynCopper's senior leadership across a growing portfolio of significant projects, from early feasibility and planning through procurement and construction delivery.
