About the role
Youth Support Coordinator at Loganlea State High School supports at-risk students to overcome barriers to education and training through individual support, case management, referrals and early intervention.
The role works closely with students, families, school staff and community agencies to improve attendance, engagement, social and emotional wellbeing and educational outcomes, including through home visits and tailored support programs.
