Marketing Assistant

About the role

This role coordinates marketing activities and store operations across multiple locations. You will liaise with internal teams, designers, photographers, media partners, and influencers to execute campaigns, manage promotional materials, and support new store launches.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stores' day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns

• Liaise with designers, photographers, media, influencers/KOLs and other external partners

• Prepare clear marketing briefs and follow up on deadlines and deliverables

• Assist with social media content

• Review marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand image

• Organise marketing assets, photos, videos and promotional materials

• Coordinate between Head Office, stores and external suppliers

• Follow up on store signage, menus, packaging and promotional materials

• Assist with new store openings and launch preparation

About you

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive and able to follow tasks through from start to finish

• Comfortable communicating with different suppliers and partners

• Familiar with IG, T/T, rednote and current social media trends

• Has a good eye for branding, design and visual presentation

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; Canva skills are an advantage

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, F&B or brand operations is preferred, but we are also open to a strong graduate with the right attitude and capabilities
