Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 300 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role
An engaging opportunity awaits you as a Senior Associate in our Health and Life Sciences team in Sydney.
You’ll get to work on healthcare product and medical malpractice claims, class actions, mass tort litigation, and complex, brand‑sensitive disputes for leading global and Australian healthcare and life sciences companies. You’ll also get exposure to regulatory investigations, disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests and commissions of inquiry. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Toby Biddle, Kate Hickey and Natalie Aprea – principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You
If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

• you are an experienced practitioner (4+ years PAE) in the litigation and insurance, with an interest in healthcare and life sciences law;
• you can efficiently manage your own file load;
• you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
