Production & Customer Process Analyst

We're looking for a Production & Customer Process Analyst to help transform the way we manage our custom apparel workflow—from customer enquiry through to production and delivery.

This is a unique opportunity for an analytical and process-driven professional who enjoys solving problems and improving the way teams work together.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, develop new procedures, and implement practical solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and production performance.

Working across Sales, Design, Production, Customer Service and Supply Partners, you'll ensure our customer-to-production processes are scalable, efficient and commercially effective.

• Analyse and improve end-to-end customer and production workflows.

• Map business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation and process guides.

• Lead the implementation of process improvements and support change management initiatives.

• Monitor customer enquiries, artwork approvals, quotations and production orders to identify process issues and prevent delays.

• Review ERP data, production performance and operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes.

• Develop performance dashboards, reporting and process documentation.

• Support quality management systems, governance and ISO compliance.

You are naturally curious, highly organised and enjoy analysing how businesses operate. You have excellent communication skills and can work with a variety of stakeholders to implement practical improvements that deliver measurable results.

You will ideally have:

• A degree in Business, Operations, Process Improvement or a related discipline.

• Experience analysing business processes and implementing operational improvements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Experience creating workflow documentation, SOPs and process maps.

• Experience managing projects or implementing business process changes.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience using ERP or order management systems.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Experience within apparel, manufacturing, custom products or production environments will be highly regarded.

• Lean, Six Sigma, Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications are advantageous.
