We are currently seeking a motivated, career-focused Foreman / 3IC to join our team.

• Ensure compliance with WHS and Environmental regulations
• Manage pest and disease control, working towards consistently top tier playing conditions

Must-Have Qualities:

• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Punctual, proactive, and professional work ethic
• Working knowledge of WHS, Environmental regulations, and turf pest/disease management

Highly Valued Experience:

• Golf course construction or irrigation installation
• Managing small work teams
• Couchgrass playing surfaces and bentgrass putting greens
• Familiarity with Sydney’s climate and its unique challenges
