Early Childhood Teacher

About the role

Evolve Early Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Rural View, Mackay. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development

• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children

• Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

• Observing and documenting children's progress and development

• Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies

• Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality of care and education

What we're looking for

• A relevant early childhood Teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education)

• Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting

• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Working with Children Check or equivalent
