Job Description

• Provide clear, practical advice, manage complex applications and reviews, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, communications and projects.
• Advise on licensing applications, statutory interpretation, administrative law issues, and regulatory policy.
• Support internal and external review processes for licensing decisions.
• Support the Director in leading the Licensing and Registry teams.

• Have completed a Law Degree and holds a valid practicing certificate
• Sound administrative law judgment and ability to make practical, defensible recommendations in complex frameworks.
• Proven ability to write clearly for senior leaders and committees and communicate confidently with practitioners and regulators.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, including meeting statutory deadlines
• Comfortable operating in a stakeholder-heavy environment and influencing outcomes with professionalism and discretion.
