EL1 Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer

Essential criteria

1. Minimum 5+ years experience in a leading role in delivering enterprise level Salesforce projects.

2. Have specialist ICT skills in the following: o Deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) o Strong proficiency in declarative configurations such as Flows, Permission Sets, and Security Models. o Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally within the Public Sector Cloud, including case management and omni-channel routing. o Strong capability in Salesforce solution design, including preparing technical documentation, solution diagrams, and alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks. o Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development, configuration and deployment. o Demonstrated experience in managing releases through Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipeline.

3. Excellent communication skills and experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decision-makers to make informed decisions.

4. Minimum NV1 security clearance.

Desirable criteria

1. Portal and console interface design using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio.

2. Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining an Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipeline for a Salesforce workload.

3. Able to attend Canberra office in-person 3 days per week.
