Customer Service Representative | HOLIDAY RENTALS | PART TIME 3 days per week

We are currently recruiting for 3 days per week part-time positions. Successful applicants will be required to work one day each weekend.

There are permanent part-time positions based in the Callala Bay/Culburra Beach area (applicants must reside within 30 minutes).
We offer flexible shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with the roster including one weekend day each week. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility and work-life balance while building a rewarding and meaningful career.

About the Role
This is a busy and varied customer service position where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and property owners, helping deliver outstanding holiday experiences while supporting property performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to guest and owner enquiries (phone and email)

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues calmly and efficiently

• Processing guest payments

• Replying to guest reviews

• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs

• General administrative support as required

About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving. You’re calm under pressure, confident handling calls and emails, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.

We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, friendly phone manner

• High attention to detail

• Confidence using multiple software systems (full training provided)

• A team player who is adaptable and open to feedback

• Resilient and able to handle challenging conversations professionally

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Driver’s licence

Experience in property management, short-term holiday rentals, or tourism is highly regarded.
