About the role
Make a meaningful difference for children, families and the Rangeway community.
The Child and Parent Centre Rangeway is seeking a warm, organised and community-minded Coordinator to lead and support the delivery of programs, services and partnerships that help local children and families thrive. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood development, family engagement and building strong connections across schools, services and the wider community. It will be responsible for guiding and ensuring high-quality provision of services which align with Ngala’s strategic priorities and purpose.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Coordinator, you will guide the day-to-day operations of the centre, strengthen partnerships and ensure families can access high-quality, welcoming and culturally responsive services. You will work closely with families, staff, Rangeway Primary School, local agencies, Aboriginal families and organisations, and community partners to identify local needs and coordinate programs that respond to those needs.

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have strong communication skills together with the following:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
·Able to work across other Ngala sites as required.
·Possession of a current National Police Certificate.
·Possession of current WA driver’s licence.
·Possession of current Working with Children Check
·National Criminal History Check (Department of Education)
As part of our commitment to being a Child Safe organisation, successful candidates are required to provide their Immunisation History Statement. While immunisations are highly encouraged, they are not mandatory. This information will help us assess and implement appropriate safety measures for everyone.
