Recess is Melbourne's first lifestyle padel club. Premium courts, recovery facilities, and coaching for every level, wrapped in a community that knows how to have a good time.
About the role
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining reception, customer service and hospitality. You'll get to know our regular members, welcome new players and help create the friendly and social atmosphere that Recess is known for.
Key responsibilities
Front-of-house customer service and member interaction
Managing reception and the club booking system
Juice bar and light snack service
General organisational and administrative duties
Keeping reception, the juice bar and shared areas tidy and well presented
Supporting club events and functions
Assisting with general club operations as required
About you
Friendly, outgoing, reliable and organised
Enjoy working with people
Comfortable in a busy environment
Want to be part of a close-knit team and growing club community
Barista training and/or previous food and beverage experience would be an advantage
