With a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts available across Monday to Sunday, there are opportunities to find a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

As part of a dedicated local team, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and home-like environment for our residents. You’ll be responsible for:

Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressingSupporting day-to-day activities including meals, mobility and social activitiesBuilding meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to themWorking alongside our clinical team to ensure care plans are followedMaintaining accurate documentation and working collaboratively to support residents’ health and wellbeingProviding high-quality care and service to residents, their families and our local community

To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Need

A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication-competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studiesA kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older peopleA warm and respectful approach and confidence interacting with a wide variety of peopleGood communication skillsA reliable, positive and supportive team attitudeAn understanding of workplace health and safetyWillingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
