Office Manager - Finance & Operations

EVH, a Sydney-based PR, communications and events agency working across luxury, wellness, beauty and fashion, is seeking an Office Manager — Finance & Operations to own the day-to-day operational and financial admin that keeps the agency running.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced, highly organised operator who takes real ownership and works with minimal supervision. It isn't a stepping-stone position — we're looking for someone ready to settle into a long-term role at the centre of a busy, growing agency, with genuine scope to grow into broader reporting and process ownership over time.

You'll work closely with the Managing Director, senior leadership team, and external accountant, taking full ownership of day-to-day admin so the wider team can stay focused on client work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices
• Oversee client expense reconciliation and invoicing
• Manage debtor follow-up and supplier payment runs
• Prepare reporting using existing templates and tools (Xero and others)
• Administer contracts, NDAs, scopes of work and T&Cs
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
• Oversee staff requests, expenses and timesheet collection and entry (Harvest)
• Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies and facilities
• Support new client/project setup and administration
• Coordinate basic IT/tech support and equipment needs

• Solid bookkeeping experience (Xero essential)
• Prior office management, HR administration or operations experience
• Comfortable with basic reporting, with genuine interest in building this further
• High attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Confident working independently in a varied, sometimes fast-moving open-plan environment
• Strong communication skills, ability to adapt to different audiences
• Discretion handling confidential financial and staff information
• Steady, calm and dependable under pressure
• Open-minded to new tools and processes; confidence with AI tools and Google Suite highly regarded
• English-speaking fluency and full working rights in Australia
