Position : Service Operations Agent
Location : Sydney
Full Time:  6 - 12 Months contract with possibility of extension

Essential Functions Of The Job

The Business Analyst - AMK/KYC/Risk Control requires to work on Financial Crime and Regulatory & Governance projects. The professional must have worked in an Agile environment and strong Stakeholder Management experience.

Qualifications Basic

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and customers concerns via inbound and outbound chats as a part of managing workflow
• Provide end to end support from creation of an account through income and liability assessments of the customer's credit file and its maintenance and product servicing
• The role would involve asking the right questions from the customer on his /her request /problem
• The role would also involve taking to the bankers and senior lenders & support teams 
• Maintain a deep understanding of banking process and policies
• Handel customer issues and product escalations through chatbot and live calls
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers on their application progress enquiries
• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
