This is a full-time role based at our Design & Support Centre in Sydney. You will be the voice of one of Australia's most loved furniture brands — handling customer enquiries with empathy, finding solutions, and leaving every conversation better than you found it.

No two days look the same. Some days you are sorting out a delivery query. Others you are turning a frustrated customer into a loyal one. You will use smart AI tools to work faster, so you can spend more energy on the part that actually matters — the person in front of you.

What you bring:

• Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly

No furniture experience needed. Your attitude and curiosity is everything.
