We’re a small, family-owned embroidery and screen printing business looking for a reliable, hands-on Screen Printing & Dark Room Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has great attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow within the screen printing industry.

• 25–30+ hours per week (4 Day Workweeks or 5 Days for the right candidate)

• Flexible working days and hours available to suit school pick-up/drop-off if required

Your duties will include:

• Reclaiming screens by scrubbing and pressure washing to remove emulsion and ink (full training provided)

• Mixing ink colours using our Pantone colour mixing system

• Exposing artwork onto screens and preparing them for printing

• Cleaning squeegees and blades using our Shurloc machine

• Emulsifying screens using our Vastex clamp system

• Taping screens ready for production

• Loading and unloading screens from our ROQ screen printing machine

• Folding finished embroidered and screen-printed garments

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable, organised, and hardworking

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Previous screen printing or dark room experience is a bonus, but not essential

• Full training across all systems and processes
